She began her domination of the sport at age fourteen when she captured the US National and World titles in 1997 and won the Champions Series Finals in both 1997 and 1998. In 1998, at the Winter Olympic Games in Nagano, Japan, Tara sealed her place in the record books and in the hearts of people everywhere when, in a stunning victory, she bacame the youngest person to win an individual Gold Medal in any Winter Olympic sport at the age of 15.

This book showed what Tara's life was like in an interesting, and fun way. I liked that this book was not very long. I learned a lot about Tara's life in this book. This book also taught a lesson that you can beat whatever goal you have.
