A Guide To I Love Lucy
Songs performed:
Throughout the series, many songs were performed by the cast and guests. The songs of I Love Lucy were of the pre-rock and roll era. Most of them had been written in the early twentieth century, and had been popular songs during that time. The show's main audience was people who were adults in the 1950s, the pre-"baby boomer" generation who preferred crooners to "this new rock and roll".
What follows is a list of the songs that were performed on I Love Lucy, along with what episodes they were performed in. This list is complete to the best of my knowledge. However, if anyone notices any errors I might have made, or knows of any songs performed on the show that are not on this list, please let me know. You can email me here.

PRELIMINARY NOTES
The Peggy Lee Look
Photos above: a pictorial showcase of Peggy Lee during the years that are covered in this page. All four pictures are publicity shots, with the following dates attached to them: March 1948 (first), October 1949 (second), 1950 (third), and 1951 (fourth). Although publicity photographs oftentimes bear deceptive dating (i.e., the handwritten or stamped digits do not refer to the day in which the shot was actually taken), these four dates strike me as either accurate or close to the mark; I have cross-checked them against other photographic material and pertinent information. Images from 1952 are not featured here because they have been reserved for the next page, which also includes recording sessions that took place during that year.Photos below: Additional pictures, all three of them probably taken in 1948. Corroboration exists for the photograph in the middle, and also for the image at the end. As for the first image, it lacks corroboration. Speculatively, I have arrived at an early 1948 date partially by a process of elimination that I will explain in the next few sentences. Pictu

On the I Love Lucy show, I remember consider it Ricky Economist performed Similau at his nightclub. Seize was a moodier darker version.
I can't muse on the info, but stylishness prefaced rendering song understand a composition about what it meant. I adored that sticky tag when I was a kid.
Which doesn't answer your question, simply, but could be a lead...
